The St. Joseph MBC has an organizational structure according to the State of Louisiana, with adopted by-laws and a Board of Directors that govern its administration with a standing internal group of at least 5 members and not to exceed seven and with a term of two years.

The current Board of Directors was installed on January 5, 2020 and consists of Chris Hughes, Richard Gholston, John Williams, Jasmine Powell, Alex Littleberry and Mary Taylor.
